Some of the meals that Annie and I eat could be a large salad with either grilled chicken or salmon, a lean burger with large lettuce leaves as the bun, with all the fixings, Trader Joes raw almond butter with veggie sticks, steak with grilled vegetables.....we also eat fruit and vegetables that are considered carbs(except potatoes) but we dont count carbs or points, nothing like that...we keep it simple, healthy, wholesome, and nutritious...most of all to avoid: bread, white flour, starches, rice, potatoes, and of course, this goes without saying: cookies, cake, pies, candy, and snacks.....watch the weight just drop off, if it doesnt, you are doing something wrong or cheating...........all the best!.............
