Some of these sorry ass local comics. I dont need to name names. But I took a break for a reason. And it wasnt a shortage of talent or material. It was because some of these people leave a bad taste in your mouth, and theyre the ones who never shut up. And then they want to point to your own decision to not perform for awhile as though it makes you untalented. When you could write/perform them under the table... I perform on my own terms specifically because I want to enjoy it.
