Some of this has been done already, but heres an outline of a communications plan re Aqua Virginia. --Voice your opinions to the LMOA board. --Voice your opinions to LMOA communications manager(s). --Write to Aqua Virginias CEO --Write to the Palmyra mayor and town council --Write to the Fluvanna County Commission --Write to the Charlottesville and Albemarle County governments --Find, correspond, and unite with other anti-Aqua groups --Write the SCC -- again --Write the SCC -- with copies to our delegates and state senators --Write the governors office with appropriate attachments --Writer letters to the editor: ...Fluvana Review ...Charlottesville Daily Progress ...Richmond Times-Dispatch ...Washington Post --Send clips to Charlottesville TV stations --Organize, assign accountabilities, schedule tasks, measure results --Hold periodic meetings (ban Aqua) to set and adjust strategies Note: Do some stuff concurrently.
