Some of you are asking what type of back work that Im doing. So eh voila, a short video for you guys!☺️ Here we have 56kg pulley rows 💪 which I bloody love. I usually perform this exercise as part of a working set with other back/chest/shoulder/tricep work, all within the 10-12 rep range as part of my cytoplasmic hypertrophic training (ie size training for growth). I do a push pull upper split as its called. Just be careful with technique here... You dont want to swing out of the bar, or lie too much back into it nor be too vertical. You want to keep your back as linear as possible and dont allow your shoulders to pull forward with the bar. Its all about controlling that weight! A little jolt is ok when youre working with a heavy ass weight, but try to control the eccentric phase of the movement ie the outward phase.. The slower the better in order to keep those muscles contracting and time under tension. Before you know it youll have wings👼
