Some of you are struggling with meal planning. Here is a sample meal plan to follow and make your own: 1. Begin your day with 8 oz of water as soon as you wake up! 2. Breakfast: Shakeology (any flavor) blended with water or almond/coconut milk. half frozen banana and PB2 if you are using chocolate or a tsp of honey to sweeten. If you are using any other flavor add fresh or frozen fruits to it! 3. Mid-Morning snack: Apple with PB (almond butter is good too) or melon with cottage cheese. REMEMBER to use your portion control containers! 4. Lunch: Salad topped with some form of protein (chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, flank steak etc) 5. Late Snack: Hummus and carrots or cauliflower (using portion control containers) 6. Dinner: Side of Veggies either steamed or roasted with some coconut olive oil. Any type of protein (steak, tuna, salmon, chicken, tofu) baked or steamed with any seasonings mixture offered to us through the 21 day fix meal planner. OR pasta (whole wheat, or spaghetti squash style) tossed in veggies and sprinkled with some parmesean cheese. Remember this isnt difficult! Just plan it out on Sunday, so most of your prep work....and it can happen!! With the 21 day fix containers and meal plan we have so many options. I hope this helps!
