Some of you heard Richard being interviewed on CBC before his latest adventure. This is where he has been all this week. India is not a country known for its love of ice hockey. But in Ladakh, a remote pocket of the Indian Himalayas, the sport is thriving. On Friday, Vic and Richard Loat head off on our next adventure. Were heading up to help a local NGO SECMOL to teach kids how to skate and play hockey. They are also taking gear generously donated by The Hockey Community and Sentinel Secondary School Hockey Academy, up to the hockey lovers there because they have no way of buying new equipment (theres always room for more!). Richard for one cant wait to play puck on some of the remotest, outdoor ice in the world. Bring on the altitude!
