Some of you know from personal experience, and some can only imagine: my life has been completely turned upside down. I have never been so hurt, so scared & so tired in all my life. I dont say that to win your sympathies, but to say that despite the uncertainty & emotional roller coaster, I have also never felt so loved, so encouraged or so at peace. The ONLY way to explain it is that I have a God-gifted peace that surpasses all understanding and that OUR prayers are being answered. I feel so safe in the simple fact that I can trust Gods loving plan for our life...10 minutes or 10 years from now. I wish there were a bigger way to say thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU for your constant stream of prayers and encouraging words. I hate to imagine facing this without you. Overall, we are getting good reports from the doctors, but they are also saying this will be a slow process. They told me today that we could be here for months! That was tough to hear, but I am so thankful for each day that he survives and improves...I have to look at today as one day closer to the day we will be home again as a family. Thank you again for all you prayers & support. God is at work in a big way!
