Some of you may be aware that I have been actively involved with the Anti Fracking camp in Borras (the first in Wales) Fracking is the process of fracturing the earth to release gas. This is done by forcing water and toxic chemicals into the earth crust, causing mini earthquakes to release the gas. The water and chemicals then seap through the ground into our rivers and water supplies. Permission was denied to frack in Wrexham. This was over ruled by and English judge in an English court. There is a dedicated team of protectors sleeping on the site to protect the land. Keeping Wales safe and beautiful. As you can imagine it is tough sleeping in a field at this time of year. They are tired cold and morale is low. Im sure a visit from the band would lift the mood and make a huge difference to the camp. Would anyone be willing to visit camp one evening in the week?
