Some of you may have seen my post last night but I want to throw it out there again and probably will a couple more times because its for a good cause and also because it is important to a good friend so here goes... I will be fishing a small charity tournament on Logan Martin on 9/21 with my awesome 8 year old daughter as my fishing partner. There is no payout and the entry fees will be donated to United Craftsmen Childrens Shoe Drive to provide shoes for needy children. We will be fishing for fun and bragging rights and Im looking forward to spending the day in the boat with Kylie as well as donating to a good cause. Id like to ask any of you who might also see this as a good cause to consider donating whatever amount you might see fit. They are also accepting donated door prizes to give to the participants since there is no cash prize. An entry fee is $25 and a few people have expressed that they would like to pay an entry fee with no intention of attending as a way to contribute. He is organizing this and hopes to make it a recurring event so lets show some support and help make this a success.
