Some of you may know our story, some may not. 1 year ago today, I married the love of my life for the second time. Tina Skinner Landis and I allowed God to recreate the marriage that we destroyed. Many marriages fail for one reason or another. Most fail because we have allowed satan to have his way in our lives. We allow the world to shape our view of what marriage is and we look at our spouses through the eyes of a lost and dying world. I know because I did it. I never thought or wanted a broken marriage and family, but my actions didnt live up to that of a Christ following husband in many ways. Thank you God for allowing us to go through what we had to go through in order to see your vision of what a marriage surrendered to You looks like. Thank you for giving us both the ability to forgive and to trust each other. Thank you God for being the center of our lives now. I love my wife more today than I ever did before! I see who she really is. I see beauty in everything about her because a I see her through the eyes of Christ instead of my eyes. Tina, I look forward to the rest of our lives together and I will cherish you like Jesus cherishes you!!
