Some of you may notice that I am starting to post again with greater regularity on a wide variety of subjects. Please understand this. When I post, I am not representing any group or organization. They are just my own views and opinions, put in the public sphere to stir discussion, and if possible action. My days of being an organizational leader have passed. And I have no ambitions to run for political office. My role is that of teacher, scholar, agitator, gadfly- and if you are looking for models, think Thomas Paine, Ida B Wells or I.F Stone.
