Some of you may remember I owe the boy a Mustang, but when this all happened any chance for me making good on that promise got delayed indefinitely. Our son understood how badly we needed a second car, especially after being stuck in Bellingham with our only working ride waiting for his dad to be released. He took time off work and made himself and his car available to us and went even further. He found a car he wanted and secured a loan at a credit union and bought it, leaving us to use the Taurus. His peers have made fun of him for choosing such a sensible car last year when his grandparents offered to buy him one for his 18th birthday, but he realized our family transportation needs and chose a car that would work for all of us and not just feed his vanity. Now hes driving grandma back home in his 2007 Mustang and he is SO HAPPY!! We are so proud of him!
