Some of you may wonder why I am always taking pictures and posting about food. Of course like every other Cajun, I love to eat, but that is not the reason why I take and post pictures of food. I belong to a Cajun recipe group on Facebook. Although we dont always post a recipe. we enjoy posting what we cook. What better way to share ideas on what to cook then to post a picture of your meal. It can be something as simple as fried eggs and rice, or as detailed as an étouffée. Sometimes, like tonight, we post when we order out as well. Anyone who cooks often knows the answer to, what do yall want for supper? The common response is, it doesnt matter, anything...... As a cook you feel you cook the same things over and over. I often stop in at the recipe exchange group just for ideas on what to cook. Thanks to Coonie for starting the group. We have a great mix of people both male & female who love to cook, I enjoy the group very much. Tonights supper is Chinese take out. Mandarin Chicken, combination Lo Mein, and Wonton Soup.
