Some of you were able to get away from the Fittness Protection Program and joined this morning class, you will recognize all the pictures below and remember what we were talking about. Good posture is so important to prevent you from achy spine, neck, knees, etc. The three vital principal of Qigong/Tai Chi are good posture/body, mind and breathe. Its also called the Tai Chi Pole. Stand and practice in front of the mirror and see if you are standing like these examples. Then check to see how you look externally, also how you feel internally. What do I mean internally ? What part of body feel more relax or stress ? Weight distribution and posture have major impact of how you physically feel. If you do it right, then say Oh Qi, dont I look good !
