Some of your teams fall apart because you have no idea the kind of team youre building. You just sign up whoever whenever...and Ill admit I USED to do the same thing. Now I ask a few simple questions before I help someone launch their business. Why? Because I want to know what to expect (I can usually spot a 30-60 dayer pretty easily) and I want to know what THEY expect. And if their expectations are too high Ill let them know and they can choose whether they still want to launch their business with me. I CALL THEM and I ask: Do you have any experience in network marketing? Or is this your first venture? What do you currently do to earn an income? How much time do you expect to be able to dedicate to your business? How long have you been researching (insert company name)? What are your short term and long term goals? (Compare it to the time they said they can spend on the biz) What are you looking for in a team and in a team leader? What are your expectations when it comes to that? Do you have any additional questions before you launch your business with me? Start screening your folks before you just send them links to sign up. I still talk to every single prospect that comes my way and I STILL refuse to sign a majority of people up that I talk to. Im building a concrete foundation. Im tired of quicksand. and you should be too...B.T.L.
