Some one has posted this and i have brought it here seeing the relevance of the place where we can discuss more on this matter or create some extend awaress if there are supervisor who falls under this issue. PE= Performance Evaluation Form is understood by Some Supervisor as a weapon to destroy his or her subordinates. Keeping all grudges and finally rated below average to his/her subordinates where it affects their promotion/contract Extension. To me what I feel is that the PE- is meant to assess his/her progressness of the work assign or target set by each individual. Thus PE Form should not come into the personal matter between the supervisor and the subordinates, rather it should act as a ladder for every individual to climb up and not to step down anybody la.. What to do with such supervisor????????????????
