Some people are finding it very difficult to overcome sin in their lives,even though deep down inside their hearts they are very much aware that what they are doing is not just right in the sight of God,well; to me,that is very much understandable,but humbly allow me to take the liberty to tell you this,that you cannot overcome sin with your own power,because its like a seed which the enemy planted in you while you were yet in your slumber,so its not something you can just uproot by your own strength and power because they will fail you but rather, you need to humbly go on your knees in prayer and call upon God,invite the holy Spirit,the Comforter into your life,because He is the only one that can destroy that sin in you,at thesame time you must do yourself a big favour by staying away from every area in yourlife that you know will make you vulnerable for sin to have an upper-hand in you and thereby intruding,my brothers and sisters believe it or not,I want you to understand that each and everyone of us living on the face of this planet has an area of weaknesses,yes! we do,and the wicked one knows this at the back of his mind,we may pretend as much as we can afford,it makes no different,for the truth just like silent can never be misquoted,so it is left for us to discover that area of weaknesses that will act as a turnnel for our enemies to intrude into our lives,,it is left for us to ackmowledge them,distance ourselves from them and most importantly,ask God to come into ourlife and do the finishing work of grace because He is the author and the finisher of our faith,He said, Behold, I am the LORD,the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me to do? He said Call unto me,and I will answer you,and show you great and mighty things,which you know not,He said Behold, I will bring in health and cure,and I will cure them,and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth,my brothers and sisters,I do not care what the nature of your weaknesses are but all I can asure you this morning is that,OUR GOD IS ABLE,if only you will humbly invite him to help you in that area of weakness in yourlife,if only you will connect with him today through prayer,always remember what — JOHN BUNYON said,that Prayer will make a man cease from sin,or sin will entice a man to cease from praying, my brothers and sisters all it takes is humility,just acknowledge these things and invite Christ to come into yourlife and set you free from the bond of sin. And remember that, IF THE SON THEREFORE SHALL MAKE YOU FREE,YE SHALL BE FREE INDEED. John 8:36. Remain Blessed!
