Some people are naturally engaging. I mean, you are just drawn to them like a flittery fluttery moth is to a bright lightsource - wowzers! Others may have to put in a little effort to become charismatic. Then, there are those who are simply unaware of their own persona, how it may impact others - and what vibes they radiate. For these individuals, there was a lovely place referred to as a Finishing School, or Charm School. Basically, one was taught language skills, ettiquette, and manners. It is no longer around, and interestingly enough, the charm of society has declined as well.
