Some people are posting three positive things each day for five days. Ive done this for two days, commenting on someone elses post. Today, Ill share it on my own status. 1. Yesterday while I was in my berry patch, it started to rain. At first it was a few sprinkles. Then it became heavier. Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound! So I kept picking the berries, --and thinking about showers. Them I remembered the song, Showers of Blessing. I havent thought about that song for years. We used to sing it often. I think I remembered all of the stanzas. Alone in the shower of rain in the berry patch, I could sing to my hearts content. The chorus concludes, Mercy drops round us are falling. But for the showers we plead. I was soaked to the skin when the rain stopped. Can we even imagine being soaked in Gods blessings? I think I really am! 2. There are still more berries to pick. 3. I have raspberry cobbler in the oven, baking right now. (I hope this is a berry good post. Corny, I know, --but fun.)
