Some people are so green and desperate to get rich thats why they are susceptible to fraud... I pleaded and warned Ugandans against Telexfree,some even said Iam not conversant to e-commerce thats why Iam against TelexFree, Now the e-company is no where to be seen,If People in USA where it had offices are still wondering where to get their money how about you in Uganda who only transacted business online? Even the website has been pulled down. Some people have no sense of them selves,they need us to show them the way to go but dont want to consult us until late. This is why people have been conned always, Fraudstars target people with: 1-Less Knowledge 2-People who want to surprise other with miraculous wealth(keep dubious deals secret) 3-People who are fraud material(all dubious deals are too sweet to be true,most people engage in them wel aware they are dubious but the smarter wins)
