Some people can see at a glance what others cannot see with searchlights and telescopes. Why? The third and final factor that I will discuss is the Reciprocal Concession Rule. This rule says that youre obliged to make a concession to someone whos made a concession to you. For example: If you are a principle or parent who has been selected to accompany a group of students to New York City on a field trip to visit a prominent individual and take in some cultural elements like a Broadway play, etc; you might be inclined to become more a part of the educational construct and so integrated with those within the construct that you are hardly aware of your separate self. Now it is your turn to concede. Here is another example of the Reciprocal Concession Principle at work. An engineer says to his boss, This cars not ready to go into production. It shimmies between 40 and 50 mph. The supervisor says, Tell you what. Well slide the schedule. Well delay production six months, and you work things out. What has happened? The boss has granted a concession---a delay. Now its the engineers turn to grant a concession. Six months later he signs off on the car even though it still shimmies. Thats how defective products often get on the market. Thats how teachers and administrators stay the course with common core. Ask this question. What is the check and balance to how a school district administration and school board spend public funds if they have all participated in the Reciprocal Concession Rule? Is the concession granted really in everyones best interest? It my take a 15 year old Tennessee student to rattle the defective system into a realization of their toxic trail. https://youtube/watch?v=rDJTJTAXx7k
