Some people grow and others stay stagnant, the latter of the two look back and ask wut happened, youve got a brain but it stays dormant, you never school it, you watch tv, smoke weed and listen to radio music, the brainwashing machine is winning, as long as you feed it the machine keeps on spinning, Ive got a brain that i use to my advantage, train it like a muscle dont ever settle for average, theres knowledge and theres wisdom, and the two are intertwined, but so far on my road to freedom its wisdom that writes the rhymes, knowledge is powerful but its just regurgitation, the train is full but its not leavin the station, make an exclamation if youve got something to say, dont limit yourself with fear and let it wither away, some people are lost they look to god and pray, for me music is what helps me find my way, i dont look to nothing higher or lower, i look inside, cuz inside nothing hides, its all as bright as day, ur mind is grand and ur heart is pure,dont walk with your head down, grab onto whats yours, your memories and your words, the rest is just a blur
