Some people have pets. I share space with a Tradescantia pallida, - TopicsExpress

Some people have pets. I share space with a Tradescantia pallida, commonly referred to as a Wandering Jew. Since I have brought this Tradescantia pallida in for the winter, we hang out in my kitchen. I dont particularly have a name for this plant. I do have a tendency to speak with/taunt/question Yehsua of Nazareth, he whom the Hellenes called Jesus the Christ, so maybe we play roles together inhabiting a space of wordless conversation, antagonistic or not, and it would be vanity of me to give a name to the consciousness this plant represents. Im just a tiny ego that enjoys its processes, and can only hope it enjoys mine. I see no reason for either of us to represent Cain, literally or symbolically. But, as I am fond of repeating: posterity can take care of herself.
