Some people just created things to fulfill their satisfaction. To follow their feeling without any enough justification. Let it be and let it happen. Nothing going to be worried coz they want to be themselves and forgot others feeling too. For the first time second attempt I refused to sign the evaluation. I am not agree the method used. Bias evaluation still happen even you try so hard to deliver. To delegate mean to put yourself right in front of your life the sensation feeling of things done thru other people . But the concept would never been understood coz they were not management people. They created their feeling toward things based on their experiences. Their expectation must be the result. The result must be coincide with their expectation.
