Some people who workout be like: I love protein powder.. i love protein shake... I take this supplement, i take that steroid, i love mega mass, they are very effective!... bla bla bla.... LOSERS! Heres a challenge for you: How about you try to strictly maintain your diet with patience, eat everything natural and healthy rather than taking steroids/ chemical supplements and eating whatever shit?
