Some people will try to make you feel good about yourself and say that physical looks dont matter. Theyll say that it doesnt matter what kind of shape youre in. Bullshit. I may not look like Robert Redford or run like Usain Bolt over here, but you try walking around carrying 60 pounds of fat, and then try doing without it. The feel good enablers are wrong. They have always been wrong, and they lead people to an early grave with a fake, fat smile plastered on their multi chinned face. Life is harsh, and sometimes it will require you to run or pick heavy stuff up in order to survive.
