Some pics of the brunch we had at the Village Pub today - they do a breakfast menu 11am - 1pm Mon - Sat. The revamped garden really is a lovely place to sit in. Sadly we were a bit underwhelmed by the Eggs Royale (perfectly poached runny yolked eggs but hollandaise from a jar) and the allegedly FULL English which along with two teas came to just under £20. May go back for the £4 American pancakes with maple syrup some time but LOT 107 still does the best breakfast in the Stow, especially their full English which is two of everything for £6.95 incl tea! That said, last night we discovered the Village do a buy one burger get one free night on Mondays. These looked great, come in various forms (incl vegetable and goats cheese) and are served on a brioche bun with fries and slaw for £10 (so £5 each with the Monday offer). They have a general quiz that night too, so we might be trying that soon... :) #Quizlover
