Some police in many places now are just out of control & we keep hearing of incidents like this. If she were a man, or black (or both), things probably would have been worse. All of this because they thought it was an underage beer purchase and it was sparkling water. Id sue them too, although I think 40 million is excessive: University of Virginia student sues state for $40M; Elizabeth Daly alleges police jumped her car, flashed a gun, tried to break a window; was jailed because they believed the 20-yr-old illegally bought beer; it was a case of water; charges against her were dropped,
