Some progression from last nights post chest action. Learning to accommodate my shoulder (rotator) really well. Bumps and bruises are bound to happen whether you sit on the couch or lift heavy a** weight. So you might as well get the best of it. Still weighing 200lbs and still lifting heavy, staying functional, and staying body weight strong. No special routine, no special diet, just continuous days of hard work. If you want to get good at something DO MORE Your days off of doing absolutely nothing, get your butt moving. If your upper bodys to sore to train, do lower body. If lower body is to sore train upper body. If youre tired and need sleep, sleep tomorrow.
