Some restrictions lifted in murder trial media access By Becky Orr borr@wyomingnews CHEYENNE -- Laramie County District Judge Thomas Campbell has lifted most of his restrictions to media access in a double-murder trial here. Campbell is presiding over the trial of Nathaniel Castellanos, 34, of Cheyenne. Castellanos is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder. He is accused of shooting and killing two people and critically injuring a third person on Aug. 23, 2011. Jury selection in the trial began Tuesday. If Castellanos is found guilty, he will have a second trial where jurors will decide whether to impose the death penalty or life in prison.
