Are my dominant gifts and talents being developed? Wealth usually flows to those who focus on their most prominent talents. 3. Am I doing the highest quality of work that I am capable of? Excellence guarantees promotion. Unfortunately, many cultivate the habit of mediocrity in their daily duties.
