Some tenants moved out last week. When Moe went in to do a walk through he found several things they left behind. He called him and asked them did they want us to ship the stuff to them. They told him no keep it. Well I got a brand new set of a wooden salad bowl with 4 wooden bowls, and a wooden spoons set that all went together. It was still in the box never used. Then there was a brand new toaster oven, also never used. A very nice one. And a nice flaying knife. What is funny is our toaster oven went out a couple weeks ago. Moe was going to go buy a new one and I told him, not to. Lucky huh! Also the coolest bird feeder.
