Some things I hear way too often are Its so hard to get out of bed in the mornings and I have tried everything and I just cant shift the last bit of weight I have gained and more common than not I have been sick and it took me 3 weeks to recover! As common as all of these comments are, THIS IS NOT NORMAL! If you supply your body with the nutrition it needs to function correctly by cutting out the fake food and nourishing our bodies with whole foods, AND you supplement your diet with high quality nutritional range to fill the gap YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING, you wont get sick all the time and if you do your body will cover in a few days- not a few weeks plus you will bounce out of bed in the morning.
