Some things NEVER change about GCAC! I hadnt been there in awhile but its the same old thing......cages a mess...dogs having to stand in their own feces, most dogs had no water and when given some..it was as if they hadnt had any since the volunteers were last there.....which is probably the case! Seems they have more workers, and they had been open a couple of hours already and there were people there to adopt and to see this mess! There was a dog in the stray ward that was sick or something...poor thing :( Genesee County can do better than this for their taxpayers and their lost and abandoned animals!) CHANGE IS COMING! Some heads better roll!
