Some things are irreversible,many are. But in any circumstance,God should have spared men from watching their corporations shatter and fall. There is nothing worse in an entrepreneurs imagination like witnessing the trim or collapse of that which he/they so tirelessly relished. Just the other day,central bank quickly announced yet another fall of a bank--this time Globaltrust bank. This is not the first time weve seen such an institution in ruins. Remember the Greenland bank saga that happened afew years ago. The question that reeled inside me was whether there wasnt any foul play and politics considering the speed at which central bank used to seize,consolidate and award the said capsized bank plus all its securities,outlets to DFCU bank. Actually it wasnt just one question that perturbed me,the list could be endless but lets share afew right here. How does the central bank manage to convince local and foreign investors of its authenticity integrity and soundness if,one of its subsidiary operates curtained engagements right under its nose and how long was this going on which prompted the closure? Where is customer confidence in all this and who is responsible to rebuild trust? Where did politics if any,strike its filthy fangs in this yam? Like i always say,business is an adventurous risk worthy every ounce of any ambitious or passionate fellow but its also wise to build your confidence not only in the institutions that amplify prospects but rather indulge in investing more in yourself and your team. Lastly,there is no thing as courage that prevents a breakdown from a person who has lost it all. Sometimes youre probably not any younger to start afresh,muscles are all flaccid, wrinkled. You may be old and wise but not any younger and of course the game has changed. In such times some men pray for miracles,others convert to solitude while a number are registered on the list of 12 dumb ways men die!
