Some things from this photo that add credence to the limo stopping briefly or significantly slowing...NOTE: 1. Chief Curry is in the white lead car in front of limo, this car would appear to have its brakes applied.(Brake lights) 2. THERE ARE PEOPLE OR A PERSON CROSSING THE STREET IN THE PATH OF THE LIMO! Would you try to cross the street of a Presidential motorcade if the limo is speeding towards you? 3. The sidewall tread on the tire can distinctly be seen...if in motion, it would be indistinguishable from the rest of the tire. 4. Clint Hill was not faster than a speeding bullet...the fastest man on the planet, Usain Bolt, first 10m of a race only accelerates to barely over 12 mph in the first 10m of a race...over the course of the 100m race he reached a speed of 27mph...but what applies here is 10m...or roughly the distance Clint Hill had to travel. HE WAS NOT RUNNING DOWN A LIMO ACCELERATING AWAY FROM HIM AT A GREAT RATE OF SPEED!
