Some things im doing differently this year and really enjoying 1. No carbs before about 2pm 2. No fats after 2pm instead high carbs from 2pm right up till bed 3. Only training 5 days a week and loving the extra day off but training 2 or maybe even 3 bodyparts per day when I do train 4. Having a weird ass black coffee first thing in the morning with cream and coconut oil 5. Listening to BB podcasts when stretching instead of gangsta rap (Ahhh.. there I said it) 6. If I dont feel like or dont have time to eat lots of small meals Ill only have 3 or 4 meals and up to 500grams of a meat or fish in one hit 7. Cut right back on sour lollies and only eat them occasionally and only after 2pm 8. Only using Maxs WPI Maxsfor all of my shakes and no other type of protein from Maxs 9. Changing underwear between multiple gym sessions each day to ensure freshness and dryness downstairs All these changes have made weight management easy and are ensuring training is at 100% maximum effort.
