Some things so common as to be perceived as mundane are mistakenly - TopicsExpress

Some things so common as to be perceived as mundane are mistakenly considered less important than others, e.g. less important than economic growth, convenience, or fun, until everything is put at peril or lost by their absence—as it would be with the demise of, e.g. aquifers, fish, fowl or forests or farmland. Corporate interests (deemed by U.S. Supreme Court edict as people) are peculiar in that they never sleep, feel pain, love, remorse or even shortness of breath or thirst; or experience cardiac arrest, stroke, miscarriage, or birth or even cancer (such as when a synthetic strain of a life form induces such carcinogens) in the organic sense and influences that can affect them over three (3) to six (6) month economic cycles truly matter to them. Unchecked, they would thrive at the full expense of everything unlike themselves; even their owners, who might consider them fondly as their pet benefactors (and if their pets are monsters—so be it—as these pets are their own monsters) but when pets that are monsters mature they eat their masters. Corporate greed is an existential threat—even to human born monsters.
