Some things you may not know about me.... My kids come first. My pets are my children with fur. I have the most amazing friends anyone could ask for. My parents are my heroes. I love looking at life through the eyes of children (one reason I teach preschool). I have no regrets. I take nothing personally. Since making God the center of my life, my life has completely turned around for the better. I have a passion for chocolate. :) Exercise is fun for me. I rather give than receive. My favorite holidays are Christmas and Mothers Day. Christmas brings so much joy in celebrating the birth of Jesus with my family. And seeing the excitement in my childrens eyes is priceless. Mothers Day is special to me because I make it all about my mom as well as being able to spend the entire day with her and my children. I try every day to be the best version of me. If I go to bed thinking I wasnt, I set the intention to do better tomorrow. I love to read. Nature and gardening bring me peace. I ask God every morning how I can be of service to others. I smile as much as I can. When I am down, I laugh. I know that laughter is the best medicine. I am depression free for 7 years. I have the most understanding, patient and compassionate boyfriend. I love summer, taking pictures, kayaking, hiking, music, sunsets, the beach, fresh fruits and veggies, and hugs. I enjoy the simple things. I have a great love for life and very much to be grateful for. When we focus on the blessings in our lives, it turns things around; our mood, our health, our sleep, and the people and things we attract.
