Some thoughts about the Conflict : Disclaimer: some ideas might be chocking so beware. 1- Its not about peace process or even a cease fire.. 2- I dont think that the existing solutions are realisticly viable ( two-states or even a state ( more difficult to get) 3-many people forgot the existing composition of the Levant/Middle east or Bilad Al Sham ( بلاد الشام) countries is a patch-work of the British-Franco Alliance to divide the region and thus created the modern definitions aka borders of the existing countries ( Lebanon,Syria,Iraq,Jordan and the British Mandate of Palestine). 4-the Nationalist/Arabist propaganda is thus what created the nation-states cultural identities of the post-colonial countries 5-with the creation of Transjordan its capital was Jerusalem 6- Asking for borders of 48-67 or even latter is an acknowledgement of the colonial rule 7-old narratives of solutions should be re-thought based on current trends ( economic powers) an elephant cant negotiate with a group of (divided) ants 8-of course history repeats itself, were living in a revamped era of mamaliks sheikhdoms! 9- I advocate for a borderless world and even a flagless one 10-divide and rule 11- Thank you for reading #Gaza #FreePalestine
