Some thoughts for the morning. Even if youre not spiritual or religious at all, yoga and meditation can have tremendous benefits for you. Spending a little time each day to take care of your mind and body will help put you in tune with yourself, and help you be happier. If youre happier then people around you will consequently begin to be happier. You can begin to help people just by helping yourself. Seriously I cannot say enough good things about the benefits of devoting some time for self-care. This shit has very literally saved my life. It doesnt have to be yoga or meditation necessarily, find what works for you, but in my case I have found no 2 more direct paths to self-healing than sitting on a cushion sometimes and moving with my breath other times. Whatever you do today friends, may it bring you ease and happiness.
