Some times, I have tried to compare the world to a woman. At ages 12 to 18, she is like Africa. Full of great potentials, with hidden and unharnessed beauty. Full of surprises, limitless potentials, very volatile, often irrational and spontaneous. Very easily swayed. The advanced pretend to be her friends but jealous of her. They come close to keep her within reach because of fear that she could develop better than they thought and have always over throne any great leader of hers that shows sign of great and progressive leadership. At 19 to 24, she is like Japan, South Korea, and China. After series of defeats, have carved a niche for herself. Matured/ developed, aggressive, beautiful and still developing. At 25 to 34, she is like the United States of America. After series of wars both internal and external, have developed into a brave, beautiful, strong and adventurous nation. Even with her assets, she is still fighting her demons but stronger than her adversaries. At 35 to 42, she is like Russia. Depleted and scary. Some times, her fear of being brushed aside or sliding to irrelevance makes her unreasonably aggressive and some how paranoid. She appears to be going through mid life crisis and very suspicious of her neighbors and is ready to engage in a fight to stay in contention. At 43 to 50, she is like Britain, Germany, and France. Well developed and matured, beautiful and can easily draw from her experience to remain in contention. She can never be ignored because of her resources and clout. At 51 to 60, she is like Greece, Italy and Egypt. Nothing new comes out her, but very good for tourism and vacation. AT 61 to 72, she is like Siberia, desolate and abandoned. Most us know her but nobody wants to go there. At 72 to 85, she is like Afghanistan and Pakistan. debilitating. still yet to believe the reality of mortality but almost expired.
