Some very interesting questions have arisen following the resignation of BN law makers from SPDP and SUPP and their subsequent entry into a non-BN party, not withstanding their claim that they are part of BN. Technically, did their resignation from their respective BN party also resulted in their resignation from BN? If the answer is yes, and if TERAS cannot be admitted into BN before the next session of DUN and of parliament, where will these law makers sit? Can the assistant ministers and ministers retain their post in a BN goverment when they are no longer part of BN? If no, will cabinet decisions which they are a party to be legal and enforceable? And, at this present moment, is the state government still a BN government?
