Some very valid arguments from Neil Neil Sutera 6 hrs· Most people can tell me the difference between OWNER and TENANT, when it comes to residential property. Yet hardly anyone I know can explain to me why all the so called ownership documents (eg the Title) refers to Tenants Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common. Can anyone show me a Land Title that uses the word Owner? It would appear that the only time you are referred to as the property owner is in relation to rates or other property related taxes and charges. Have you thought about this? , does it matter? Is it a concern?
