Some will suggest he is a barking dog, but he makes perfect sense to me (except the bit about banks bank rolling). Obviously, there is money involved but that money comes from people with vested interest. In short it is about rich and wealthy exploiting power and weak! You can compare with what the rich and wealthy doing in this country - any excuse to exploit the masses and tax payers for their own comfort and wealth accumulation.
