Some would call this excessive force. But lets be real. How many times must you be told to roll over and put your hands behind your head? This guy was in my opinion resisting arrest. I get hit once Id volunteer my arm. Ive been arrested before and Ive never had this done to me. One time I heard over the radio hes armed and dangerous. And the officers were still Super nice.
