Some years ago I attempted to play Radical Dreamers, but my efforts were outdone by continuing frustration with the Satellaview emulation and interface (any tips would be appreciated!). However, that hasnt stopped me from enjoying the forgotten middle child of Yasunori Mitsudas brilliant musical work on the Chrono series. Ive elected to share one of the many compositions that made its way into Cross because of how much it sounds like it belongs in Trigger. In particular, this piece feels like a companion to that games stellar credits theme, To Far Away Times, sharing the same key signature and many instruments (the resemblance is less obvious in Cross with the PS sound format and a different transposition).
