Somebody accused me of being a jealous hater the other day. You question women who choose to workout and compete in body sculpting.....why ? Because they show a dedication you have never found…. Heres an example of me having never found any dedication….. After 7 gruelling events competing against some of the fittest women in Australiasia, where I popped blood blisters all over myself and at times screamed with exertion - I only came 5th overall. In the final event I also FAILED MISERABLY to be able to walk on my hands . After all - I had only completed 60 Wall Balls, 500m Row, 40 Push Ups, 30 Pull Ups and 20 x 100kg Deadlifts immediately prior to it. I got to compete against two of my heroes - Lindsey Valenzuela the 2nd fittest chick in the world and Ruth Anderson Horrell the fittest chick in New Zealand and even though I was the only amateur competitor to beat them - I only did it once in one event.
