Somebody asked me…how I got loyal and responsible staffs….its simple ….give them your 100% loyalty, trust and faith…. Respect them more than they respect you…. Listen to their opinions…..Sit down with them when problems arises and encourage them to give faithful opinions…even though that will give negative criticism towards you….Accept and implement their opinions if you find it better than yours.....Thank them for criticizing you…… Help them to grow and improve their being… Allow and push them with their own strategies…help them to stand on their own…that will help them to become independent….if something happened…don’t blame but initiate solutions..help them figure out why they fail and stand with them....Give credits to their efforts….Eat with them….and most importantly love them as they are your family - MJ
