Somebody just asked me: Franco what are you promoting now? Why and why not are you promoting certain things and not others... Good and fair question. Easy for me... these days if something doesnt make me feel happy, invigorated and fired up about promoting it... I dont. Simple. These arent jobs to me where I have to promote things just because other people feel I should... I left that world. I fired all my bosses 14 years ago. So these days, if its FUN for me and makes me feel fired up and HAPPY to promote it.... I do. I can give a rip what others think about stuff... And if it stops being FUN to promote, I dont. Period. Ive been in situations that turn into a job feeling or some kind of a weight on your back to put up with... or you dont agree or like the people youre building with... etc etc... the energy can change. Sometimes people in the thing start raiding into your teams to pull them away into stuff... things like that happen... So I stop sending in good volume into bad situations. Its simple. You have the power. Freedom teaches me I dont have to build into stuff that sucks. lol Plain and simple. So if its a great time and its fun to get up every morning and run traffic into stuff and its cool people and Im fired up about it.... I build it. If it feels sucky to build it... I dont. Simple. Freedom is cool like that. :) Cause Ive learned, if youre not happy building it... you wont. Eventually your energy will be out of it... and you simply wont go through the motions anyway. Build what you love. Have fun. Dump what sucks. :) And allow other people to do the same.
